electric pulse disaggregation
Nota de aplicación
Method of rock fragmentation which employs pulsed power in short, high power bursts of electrical energy to create high internal tensile stresses which fracture materials along grain boundaries. Electric pulse disaggregation (EPD) is an efficient method for separating a rock's constituents with applications that include separation of single crystals for isotopic measurement, and fossil preparation.
